If something catches my eye but doesn't work as a photo I draw it to get an understanding of why I am interested in it. Through drawing I can edit parts out like colours, backgrounds, and textures so I am left with shapes and shadows. This helps me to understand its structure. I find it fascinating how nature tries to consume manmade objects, reclaim spaces, and uses them as a foundation for growth.
